David passed away on September 11, 2007 at The Amity Nursing Home, Roseville.
Aged 86 years.
Late of Chatswood.
Loved husband of Laurel and loving father of John, Graham, Stuart and Malcolm, their wives and grandchildren.
He is survived by sister Helen and sister-in-law Grace.
